Sad we pay $350 n the stuff is moldy garbage that is very unhealthy n very unsmokable and all customer service is willing to do is give a $50 credit. I think it’s fking bullshit that it’s hard enough to get by theses days but to spend $350 on stuff nobody should smoke and only offered a reimbursement of $50 from customer service. Great business I can honestly say. Let’s not keep the customer happy and satisfy the customer especially when they r not the only one saying its moldy n it’s garbage and its not even safe to smoke. I threw my pound in the garbage I was that disgusted but I’m even more disappointed that customer service says the best they can do is credit me $50 Fking sad big time. Y is it fking sad cause I’m not the only one complaining about this product and even with a $50 credit they still get $300 for garbage moldy weed. I love how u guys treat your customers. Maybe it b different if I was the only person to tell u guys it’s moldy n garbage and unsafe to smoke u wouldn’t believe me but to still take me for $300 n only credit me $50 is fking bullshit. Rule of thumb for a great business n to keep a customer happy is the customer is always rite. I don’t even want to give this 1 star but I have to just to warn people how customer service is and how they still take our money

do not order this ! it is absolutly disgusting ! si vous aimer le dessous de tondeuse, avec des fourmis rouge, avec du moisie, cest parfait. sinon cest tous simplement degeulace. meme si quont me payerais je voudrais pas fumer cela ! probablement dangereux pour la santer ! flush 350 direct dans la toilette au moin comme sa ta pas de faux espoir et sa seras pas nuisible pour ta santer

Stuffs garbage. It’s wet and moldy. I wouldn’t buy it again. Bad enough yesterday I received my order and today I tossed it in the garbage it was that wet and moldy and now I’m trying to get reimbursed for what I spent and they are pretty much saying what do expect for the price I paid. I’ve bought other stuff cheaper from them and had no complaints. It wasn’t wet it wasn’t moldy and it was cheaper I think if I don’t get refunded and customer service don’t respect their customers cause the customer is always rite I won’t b ordering anything from them again. Heads up people don’t buy this stuff unless u like wet moldy weed.
